Place a small amount of  Hempseed Body Massage Oil in the palm of your hand, rub into the chosen areas for massage. Use circular and stroke massage techniques. After massage wrap your patient in a cotton Lungi and allow to relax for 20-30 minutes.

After a comforting body massage skin is toned with a Light, satin like finish (acne prone skin) Skin Softening.
